MyHousing in Campus Connection is unavailable until May 25, so that we can process incoming room assignments. Thank you for your patience.
Fall 2012 Residence Hall Room Assignments - May 1 was the deadline for the 1st Round of room assignments. If you had your residence hall application, the $25 application fee, a signed Room & Board Contract and the $250 first installment in to the Housing Office by May 1, you will receive a room assignment by June 1. If you submit the items above after May 1, room assignments will be processed throughout the summer.
Residence Halls:
In the heart of campus are 14 residence halls perfect for incoming students, and upper-class residents. Living arrangements create a sense of community whether you are sharing a room or a suite.
Apartment-style Living in University Place
University Place offers fully furnished apartment-style units with a kitchen and living room for four students. Student must have 30+ post-high school credits to be eligible for this building and may sign up for a 9 or 12 month contract. Stomping Grounds coffee shop is located on the main level.
Apartments:
Upper-class students enjoy the great location of UND apartments. Reasonable rental rates and flexible lease terms fit students' housing needs. Eligibility varies for each building.
