Services & Amenities
One of the benefits of living on campus is the added services and amenities.
From packages, mail, policies, internet, cleaning, and more! See all the amenities and services that correspond to the living area.
All Living Areas
The Wilkerson Commons Service Center is your destination for reserving spaces and vendor tables within Wilkerson Commons. Students can also pick up packages and residence hall students may check out a pass-key if they are locked out of their room.
We offer maintenance and repair support for all on-campus residents living in UND Facilities. Learn how to request maintenance assistance and initiate a work order. Items pertaining to safety and security receive priority.
Apogee provides high speed internet service to students living in the residence halls.
Mail is delivered to Wilkerson Service Center Monday-Saturday with the exception of Swanson Hall and University Place whose residents receive mail in their hall. Packages are delivered to Wilkerson Service Center.
Policies may vary based on where a student lives on campus. The primary responsibility for behavior rests with the individual community members. Students are also expected to adhere to the UND Code of Student Life.
Laundry services vary on the living option. Residence hall residents have coinless laundry, and on-campus apartments have to bring coins to pay for services.
Internet
Internet is provided to all students living on campus, however, the delivery of internet will vary based on the living option.

Trash services are provided to all students that live on campus. Close to each building is a dumpster for trash and a dumpster for recycling that students can place their items into.
Bike Racks & Property Tagging
Students who choose to bring bikes to campus have access to the many racks across campus and are encouraged to register their bikes with the city. To help remove abandoned property from the campus, students are asked to tag their personal items that are left outside at the end of the academic school year before June.
