The Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center Box Office is open:
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Three hours prior to the start of any ticketed event through intermission.
- The Box Office is closed on weekends, and national holidays.

Will Call
Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office 24 hours after ordering or the day of the event.
Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.
Third Party Ticket Sellers
Please note that while most third party ticket sellers are practicing legitimate forms of commerce and that reselling tickets is legal in the state of North Dakota, there is no way for the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center to guarantee the validity of tickets purchased unless they are purchased through our Box Office or Ticketmaster.

Therefore, patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets. Infants and Small Children
Children over the age of 3 need a ticket. Please note that most events at the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center are not appropriate for preschool age children.
