When do the doors open?

Doors to the building are typically open three hours prior to a ticketed event for access to the Box Office. Doors to the seating area open one hour prior to curtain for concerts and one-half hour prior to curtain for theatre shows.

How do I arrange special seating?

Wheelchair accessible seating or any special seating arrangements (accessible seating, aisle transfer seats, etc.) please call the Box Office at 701.777.4090 or 800.375.4068.

Where is the lost and found?

The lost and found is located in the Administration Office 701.777.3076.

Is food or beverage served at the PAC?

We are proud to partner with Hugo's Wine & Spirits to serve beverages during our ticketed events.  Bars are always located on the second floor with additional locations on the fourth floor for select shows.

May I take pictures at the show?

Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted at events. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be silenced or turned off. We also request that guests refrain from text messaging during the performance, as it is distracting to fellow audience members.

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Children over the age of 3 need a ticket. Please note that most events at the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center are not appropriate for preschool age children.
