Where can I park?
Parking is located south of the Auditorium and via a Park and Ride shuttle. Parking staff will be on hand 1 ½ hours prior to curtain to assist you with parking. Handicapped parking areas are designated for events, simply show your handicapped parking permit to the parking staff and they will direct you to the proper location.
When do the doors open?
Doors to the building are typically open three hours prior to a ticketed event for access to the Box Office. Doors to the seating area open one hour prior to curtain for concerts and one-half hour prior to curtain for theatre shows.
How do I arrange special seating?
Wheelchair accessible seating or any special seating arrangements (accessible seating, aisle transfer seats, etc.) please call the Box Office at 701.777.4090 or 800.375.4068.
Where is the lost and found?
The lost and found is located in the Administration Office 701.777.3076.
Is food or beverage served at the Auditorium?
There are no concessions at the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center. Juice and water are available for purchase at intermission of theatre shows on the main floor.
May I take pictures at the show?
Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted at events. Cell phones and other electronic devices must be silenced or turned off. We also request that guests refrain from text messaging during the performance, as it is distracting to fellow audience members.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Children over the age of 3 need a ticket. Please note that most events at the Chester Fritz Performing Arts Center are not appropriate for preschool age children.
