How to Apply
Apply for Faculty/Executive Openings
Instructions to apply and/or contact information for a vacancy in the faculty/executive category can be found on the individual position announcement for each particular opening.
Apply for Staff Openings
Complete the Application Form and Applicant Control Card and attach any additional information you may want included (i.e., resume, cover letter, transcripts etc.) Supplemental Form.

Tips for Applicants
Here are some Top 10 Tips for Applicants that may increase your chances of getting an interview and a job with UND.
Veterans claiming preference (eligible staff openings only) must submit all proof of eligibility by the closing date. Proof of eligibility includes a DD-214 and if claiming disabled status, a copy of a VA statement dated within the past year. Veterans claiming preference must submit all proof of eligibility by the closing date of application.

Criminal history background checks are required for some positions at UND. Employment is contingent upon completion of the background check and review by the Director of Human Resources in consultation with the hiring department manager, general counsel and the chief of police.
