Before the Conference

1. Test your connection speed.  Having trouble?  Chat online with UND Technical Support or 701-777-6305

2. Download Zoom software onto your computer, tablet, or mobile device.

3. An email will be sent to you on Friday, June 17 with login/access information.

Day of the Conference

The webinar will begin at 8:30am Central Time on June 21. If you access the link prior to 8:30am, you will be placed in a virtual waiting room. You will be given access once the meeting host opens the webinar.

It is highly encouraged that you enter in your first and last name upon accessing the webinar. This way, presenters will know your name if you ask a question regarding the Q&A feature during a session. This feature allows attendees to directly ask the presenter a question, without the question appearing to the attendee audience. Presenters will address your question during their session and provide all attendees with a summary of the question and their answer. To utilize this feature, click the Q&A icon on the bottom of your webinar screen.

The webinar will be recorded and can be viewed at a later date for informational purposes (CEU credits will not be offered for recorded presentation).
