Participant Registration Information
Due to the continued risk of Covid-19 and the new Delta variant, the decision has been made to move the Institute to a webinar, online-only event on November 16 and 17, 2021.
The University of North Dakota welcomes you to attend the live and in-person presentation of the 2021 Tax Practitioners' Institute, and be assured that all reasonable steps are being taken to ensure a safe and healthy learning environment. However, given the current public health situation, keep in mind that the University cannot be a guarantor of your safety against all possible risks and, as such, you are encouraged to consider in advance whether any pre-existing medical conditions or personal concerns about safety would prevent you from full participation and enjoyment of this activity. It is requested that you bring your own personal face covering for this event.

PLEASE NOTE - Important Information
A self-reporting CEU form is no longer acceptable due to NASBA Approval Guidelines. If you arrive late, leave early or have to leave and return during the seminar you will be required to sign in/out on an attendance record at the registration desk regardless of the type of CEU credit you are obtaining .
You will be also be required to select which type of Continuing Education credits you are seeking when you register. If you are seeking Insurance Continuing Education, you must know your National Producer Number at the time of registration. If you are seeking IRS CE Credits, you must know your PTIN number at the time of registration.
Webinar Information/Connection Emails
After registering for the webinar, you will receive confirmation of your registration. The workbook will be mailed to you prior to the seminar, to the address you provided in your profile when you registered. Any handouts will be posted in the Handouts tab. An additional email with instructions on how to access the webinar, along with a specific login and password information, will be sent to you via the schedule listed below.

If you have registered for the webinar and have not received any connection information by Nov 13 - please contact our office.
Each webinar participant MUST register for the Institute - multiple participants may not 'share' one login/password. ONLY the individual tied to the login/password information will receive credit for the Institute. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.
Participant Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations can be made by clicking on and completing this withdrawal form (you will need your confirmation email receipt number to complete the process).
If the cancellation notice is received by November 1, you will be refunded your registration fee minus a $35 processing fee.
No refunds will be given AFTER November 1. Substitutions can be accommodated by contacting UND Conference Services.
