1. Test your login prior to webinar. To test your login, use the Webinar URL with your credentials above. If your login works, you should get a screen saying "Please wait for the host to begin this meeting."

A webinar is a training or presentation broadcasted via the internet. In a webinar, each participant sits at his or her computer and is connected to other participants through the Zoom program. The webinar will require a headset or speakers to listen to the audio while viewing the session.
Attendees are required to have an internet download speed of greater than 256 kbps to successfully view the webinar. To test your internet connection speed, please click on the following link: www.speedtest.net. UND Conference Services Webinars are conducted using Zoom online meeting software. A computer (Mac or PC) with an internet connection and computer speakers or a headset are required. For optimal meeting performance, we strongly advise not using wireless (WiFi) Internet connections.
After registering for the webinar, you will receive confirmation of your registration.
Any handouts and/or workbook information available for the Institute will be mailed
to you on November 5 so you have access to view all participant materials. An additional
email with instructions on how to access the webinar, along with a specific login
and password information, will be sent to you via the schedule listed below.

If you have registered for the webinar and have not received any connection information by Nov 13 - please contact our office.
As part of NASBA requirements, we will be polling webinar participants at regular and frequent intervals throughout the day. The polling question will show on your screen and you are required to answer each question in order to receive credit for that time slot. The questions do not need to be answered correctly to receive credit. Failure to answer the polling question will result in loss of CEU credit for that portion of the Institute.
Your Continuing Education certificate will be emailed to you after completion of the webinar. Please allow 10 business days for processing.
Please note - the webinar is streamed live from the Institute and is ONLY available during this time. The webinar will not be recorded to view at a later date.

There are no prerequisites or prior preparations needed to participate in the Institute.

Event Cancellations
The University of North Dakota will take all reasonable steps to notify you in advance
if a scheduled event will need to be postponed or cancelled. The e-mail address you
supplied during registration will be used to notify you of the cancellation. In the
event that the event is cancelled, you will be reimbursed your full registration fee. The
University also reminds you to provide your most current contact information, and
keep it up-to-date at all times.
