CEC Information

 To Qualify for 12 CECs and/or Full Operator Expense Reimbursement

• Must register for the conference (full or partial)
• Must attend the following:
  • The equivalent of three full Concurrent Sessions:
    • Monday afternoon (1:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) – Sessions A, B, or C
    • Tuesday afternoon (1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.) – Sessions A, B, or C
    • Wednesday morning (8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon) – Sessions A, B, or C

OR

• • The equivalent of two full Concurrent Sessions AND two Activities:
    • Field trips – to be determined  (attendance will be taken)
    • Tabletop Display Program – Tuesday 7:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m

Only drinking water operators of community or non-transient non-community public water systems serving less than 3,300 persons are eligible for expense reimbursement. Room reimbursement will be only for state rate.

Attendance Verification

• Scan in and scan out when entering and leaving any Concurrent Session
• Scanning is unnecessary if you are leaving and re-entering same Concurrent Session room for bathroom or snack breaks.
• Scanning is not required when attending, unless you request CECs or reimbursement.
