Table Top Displays - Tuesday, October 15

The $250 display fee includes one 8-foot table with pipe/drape space, convention registration for one company representative, and two Tuesday luncheon tickets.  If you require electricity at your display space, please indicate that on the registration form.  If you wish to participate in the poker game, please select that additional $50 option when completing the registration form.  To be a dealer, you must provide your own deck of cards.  Attendees are allowed to draw only one card per vendor.  Your tabletop display number and a map of the exhibit area will be emailed to you prior to the conference.

Conference Sponsorship 

The conference is soliciting funds for door prizes to be awarded at the coffee breaks, luncheons, and after the golf tournament.  The donations will also be used to support a social hour before the convention banquet.  All supporters donating funds will be listed in the conference program, published in the Official Bulletin, and displayed on a poster board at the convention.  Certificates will be presented to all convention supporters, with those donating $100 receiving special recognition, $250 receiving a silver certificate award, and $500 receiving a gold certificate award. 

Confirmations

A registration confirmation email with full event details will be sent to the email address you provide upon registration.  An emailed receipt will be sent once payment has been received.

Deadline

Registration deadline is Monday, September 30.  Space is limited so register now to reserve your spot!

Cancellations & Substitutions

All exhibitor fees are non-refundable.  Substitutions can be accommodated.  Please make your changes by Monday, September 30.
