Have an idea of what services you need for your conference, camp or event? Check out the list below and then submit the following form with the services you require and we will contact you to discuss specifics.
- Budget development
- Pay conference related bills
- Transfer all remaining revenue after bills are paid
- Contract with confirmed presenters in regards to speaker fees, travel, audio-visual needs, etc.
- Work with accrediting agencies to offer continuing education credits
- Develop CEU tracking forms and continuing education certificates
- Negotiate contracts with facilities for meeting rooms, exhibitor space, food and lodging accommodations
- Supply, set up, and troubleshoot standard audio-visual equipment
- Develop a website listing conference details and registration form(s) as needed. This will be required if the conference mobile app will be used.
- Design a conference specific mobile app
- Coordinate with client regarding information that would be included on the mobile app.
- Process all conference, registrations, payments, cancellations and refunds
- Answer conference related inquires or refer questions to client
- Send follow-up emails to registered participants, sponsors, exhibitors including all necessary information (e.g. parking, venue, maps, etc.)
- Onsite check-in services.
- Onsite registration and logistical management.
- Create an online evaluation and attach to mobile app or send evaluation to all registered attendees. Compiled data will go directly to the client
- Provide final roster of attendees and exhibitors/sponsors
