Personal & Professional Development Offerings

Nutrition and Foodservice Professional Training Programs (Dietary Manager)

Become a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Certified Food Protection Professional (CFPP) through  ANFP approved online or correspondence study training programs.

School Nutrition Training Courses

The University of North Dakota provides a variety of 2 hour CE (continuing education) courses that will assist you in meeting your required training as a school nutrition professional.

Hospitality Foodservice Training Courses

The University of North Dakota provides two, two hour CE (continuing education) courses that will assist you in meeting food safety and sanitation training as a hospitality foodservice professional.

Dietary Manager Exam Review Course

This course is designed for those who are preparing to sit for the national credentialing examination to become a Certified Dietary Manager.

Professional Development for Educators (PDE) provides innovative teaching and learning opportunities to accommodate your professional developments needs.

Personal & Professional Development Courses

UND's Personal & Professional Development program offers more than 600 courses (these courses are not for college credit). Through several partnerships, we're able to provide online non-credit courses that offer flexible anytime, anywhere learning.

Death Investigation Training Program

The Death Investigation Training program is based on scientific principles and established, nationally recognized, standards of death investigation and forensic pathology. It addresses a critical need for training of Medical Legal Death Investigators in the United States.

LabVIEW

This course will provide fundamental and intermediate LabVIEW programming skills that are needed to develop applications for any engineering discipline.

Medical Simulator Technician Training

The simulator technician training program is designed to provide you with the fundamental equipment operation and troubleshooting principles for human patient simulation.

Human Resource Certification Preparation

This course is designed to provide you with the materials and content to help you become better prepared to take an HR certification exam, as well as increasing your HR knowledge in the major function areas.
