Many of the personal development courses require proctored exams. Exam information will be noted within your Blackboard course. If proctored exams are required for your course, you'll need to fill out a Request for Exam form based on the type of proctor you’re using.

High school principal, guidance counselor, or teacher-not related to student or preceptor
University or college faculty not in a culinary, nutrition or dietetics related field - not related to student or preceptor
Testing services for an accredited institution, e.g. a college or technical college
Adult learning centers
Facility's nurse education director
Librarian
Others (individual must be approved by the University of North Dakota)

DIETARY MANAGER TRAINING PROGRAM STUDENTS: Your proctor MAY NOT be your R.D. Preceptor, a CDM, your administrator, a registered dietitian or a relative. Your preceptor OR administrator is NOT allowed to see your exam before or after you have taken it.
