The Office of Management and Budget State Procurement Office invites you to register
as a bidder in
NDBuys to receive notice of state government bidding opportunities!
NDBuys is a new system, powered by the Ivalua platform, replacing the current State
Procurement Online
system (SPO Online). NDBuys features solicitations for bidding opportunities, supplier
registration, and
contract management.
To participate in solicitations and receive automatic email notifications, suppliers
must be registered in
NDBuys and have selected commodity codes for the goods and services they sell.
If you were previously a bidder in SPO Online, you are now considered a supplier in
NDBuys; however,
you will need a different login.
