North Dakota APEX Accelerator advisors work with businesses to identify government contracting opportunities. We do this by providing confidential, no-cost, one-on-one counseling on how to obtain, manage, and comply with contracting requirements for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies, state & local governments, and businesses with government prime contracts. We emphasize the importance of understanding contracting requirements and educate businesses on all levels of government contracting.

How To Do Business With The State Of North Dakota

The Office of Management and Budget State Procurement Office invites you to register as a bidder in
NDBuys to receive notice of state government bidding opportunities!

NDBuys is a new system, powered by the Ivalua platform, replacing the current State Procurement Online
system (SPO Online). NDBuys features solicitations for bidding opportunities, supplier registration, and
contract management.

To participate in solicitations and receive automatic email notifications, suppliers must be registered in
NDBuys and have selected commodity codes for the goods and services they sell.

If you were previously a bidder in SPO Online, you are now considered a supplier in NDBuys; however,
you will need a different login.
