- The University of North Dakota provides a variety of 5 hour, CBDM approved, CE (continuing education) courses that will assist you in meeting your required training; and maintaining your CDM, CFPP credential.

Course at a Glance
- Microagressions is designed to prepare the CDM, CFPP to recognize microaggressions and intervene when they occur. By the end of the course, students will be able to describe what a microaggression is, why they exist, and how they impact our everyday interactions; identify types of microaggressions, how they affect minority groups, and how to respond when they occur.
- Students will have access to this online course for up to six (6) months.
- Upon completion of the course you will be able to print documentation of completion for five hours of continuing education.
