Total Recall: Responding to a Food Recall

- Total Recall: Responding to a Food Recall discusses the three main classes of food recalls, the action steps that need to be taken if a food recall happens in the your workplace and to describe ways to prevent foodborne illness in the event of a product recall.
- Students will have access to this online course for up to six (6) months.
- Upon completion of the course you will be able to print a certificate of completion for two hours of CE.
