Calls for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and practices have become stronger in the wake of recent social movements and protests. Today's organizations have been shaken with louder and stronger calls for change due to the sociopolitical movements in our global society. As a result, organizations are looking for ways to improve and challenge their status quo. This course will prepare you for the change towards a more diverse, equitable and inclusive organization.  

Upon completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  • Define diversity and inclusion as a practice and product of equitable and socially just environments.
  • Develop organizational practices and personal skills needed to advance and sustain diverse and inclusive organizational environments.
  • Develop a personal plan of action to foster diverse and inclusive organizational environments.

Who Should Enroll in the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion?

Professionals who wish to develop a greater understanding of how diversity and inclusion affects the workplace. This course will provide the knowledge required to cultivate diverse and inclusive work environments.
