An in-person or virtual campus visit is a great way to see what awaits you on campus.
Please do not finalize any travel plans until your visit request has been confirmed by our staff. Refer to directions and parking information to prepare for your visit.
Undergraduate Student Visits
In-Person Weekday Visit
During your in-person campus visit, you'll:
- Attend an admissions presentation.
- Take a 1-hour walking tour of campus with a current student.
- Visit with faculty and advisors in your academic area of interest. Appointments are not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to schedule time for you to meet with a faculty member or advisor.
Transfer Students: During your personalized visit, bring unofficial copies of your transcripts to receive an estimate of how your credits will transfer to UND.

Academic Sessions
These sessions include an overview of UND's undergraduate programs and time to ask your programs-specific questions.
*IMPORTANT: To attend the in-person session after your campus tour, please mark this on the registration form and make sure to select a tour time that takes place before the academic session time shown below.
Arts & Sciences
Monday and Friday | 12 - 12:45 p.m.
Aviation
Monday and Friday | 12:30 - 3:00 p.m.
*IMPORTANT: To be included on the Aviation tour, you must choose a morning Admissions visit time.
These briefings and tours are recommended for students interested in commercial aviation, air traffic management and unmanned aircraft systems.
In-person aviation sessions will not be available on the following dates:
- April 24
- May 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25 and 29
- June 29
- July 3, 17, 20 and 24
- August 7, 21, 24, 28 and 31
Exciting Airport Changes Ahead
UND is breaking new ground on its new Flight Operations Center, which is set to open
in 2027. During construction, UND airport tours will be limited beginning May 1, 2025.
You still have two ways to check out the airport site:
- Drive-By Visit: You're welcome to drive by anytime to see the location and buildings.
- Virtual Airport Tour: Explore our current facilities through the Airport Virtual Tour video and learn more about the new Flight Ops building project.
Aviation Management and Commercial Aviation are no longer accepting applications for
fall 2026. The next term available is fall 2027. Applications open on August 1, 2026,
and close on October 31, 2026. Applicants must apply during this window using the
UND application for consideration.
Fall 2026 Application Review
Applications for Fall 2026 for the Aviation Management and Commercial Aviation programs
closed on Oct. 31, 2025.
After Oct. 31, UND Admissions will resume reviewing completed applications, which consist of official transcripts with core high school course requirements met. Admission decisions will be communicated no later than January 2026.
GPA Requirements
To be considered for these competitive programs, a minimum unweighted high school
GPA of 3.25 (2.60 college GPA for transfer students), official transcripts and a senior
course schedule are required.

- Have an opportunity to select an academic activity. Activities are not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to schedule an academic
activity during your visit.
Group Visit Schedule
Tuesday and Wednesday | 10:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- Reservations must be made two weeks in advance.
- We require one chaperone per ten students. The chaperones must be present with students at all times and are responsible for their students' behavior and actions while on campus.
- Designed for middle school, high school and community college students.
