The Office of the Vice President for Research & Economic Development (VPRED) hosts and supports events and site visits that highlight the University’s research enterprise, foster collaboration, and advance innovation and economic development across campus and beyond.
Partner With Us
Use this required form to request planning support for internal or external events, site visits, or meetings coordinated through the Division of Research & Economic Development. Completing this form ensures our Events Team has the details needed to provide logistical support and coordinate with campus partners.
- Submit this form at least 10 business days before your event.
- Requests will not be processed until the form is fully completed.
- Once submitted, our Events Team will follow up with details about your event within 2 business days.
- If your event details change, notify Mike Haman as soon as possible.

VPRED Marketing & Graphic Request Form
This form serves as the central intake point for all VPRED marketing and graphic requests to help prioritize projects, clarify expectations, and track timelines.
Use this form to request:
- Printed marketing materials (one-pagers, flyers, posters, brochures, etc.)
- Digital graphics (event graphics, logos, promotional visuals, related assets, etc.)
- Presentation materials (PowerPoint slides or decks)
- Social media post or content
- Event outreach or promotional support
- Other marketing or design support
Please Note:
- Marketing requests are reviewed separately from event logistics requests
- Submitting a marketing request does not initiate event planning
- Requests should be submitted as early as possible to allow adequate turnaround time
