The International Center at UND in Grand Forks, North Dakota accepts passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State.

This service is available to anyone in the UND and Grand Forks communities.

Applying For Your Passport

U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports by calling the International Center at 701.777.4231 to schedule an appointment.

The office also offers on-site photos for passports which can be paid through Marketplace.
