Free Internet is available to all students, faculty, and staff.

Parking permits for all apartments and residence halls are available for purchase.
Maintenance Requests
Maintenance and repair support for all on-campus residents living in UND Facilities.
Mail & Packages
Students living in most residence halls have mail and packages delivered to Wilkerson Service Center.
Birthday Cakes
Make your student's birthday a day to remember with an individual size birthday cake, including a message.
Laundry
Residence hall residents have coinless laundry, and on-campus apartments have to bring coins to pay for services.
Trash & Recycling
Trash services are provided to all students who live on campus.
Bike Racks & Property Tagging
Students have access to the many racks across campus and are encouraged to register their bikes with the city.
The Landing Zone
Located between our newest residence halls, The Landing Zone is the premier hangout hub for our residents.
Safety
All Residence Halls require key card access to enter, and safety escorts are available to help you to your destination.
ARH Movie Streaming Service
Residence hall students have access to stream free movies and TV shows on their computers and mobile phones when connected to UND Internet. This free streaming service is provided by the student-led organization, Association of Residence Halls
Flexible Lease Agreements
Housing understands that you are a student first. Living on campus offers flexibility for internships, graduation, or a study abroad program. We’ll allow you to break your agreement if your life changes. Off-campus leases generally can't and won't be broken for unexpected circumstances.
