Resident Assistant (RA)
The RA role is one of the most important parts of a student's on-campus experience. We want applicants to invest considerable time considering if the RA position is an opportunity worth pursuing. The role requires excellent time management, but also provides great fulfillment.
Resident Manager (RM) Apartments
Resident Managers are responsible for assisting the UND on-campus apartment communities by offering resources to residents and providing community events. RMs will also work closely with the Resident Director in day-to-day apartment community management.
Community Assistant (CA)
Community Assistants work closely with the area Resident Director and building Resident Assistants to support day-to-day operations and the residents that live on campus. To be a CA, candidates should have previous RA experience.
Housing & Residence Life Office Assistant
The Housing & Residence Life Office Assistant will support day-to-day operations by answering phones, responding to emails, greeting guests, and help out the central office staff. Students will be regularly interacting with current and prospective students, as well as parents and guardians.
Wilkerson Service Center Staff
The Service Center Staff will provide direct assistance to students who live on campus. Staff members will assist by checking in and out packages, distributing mail, answering questions, and checking out spare keys to students who may be locked out.
Student Auditor
The Student Auditor assists the department with various aspects of accounting and financial data. Duties include assisting in preparation of work order reports, facilities project database updates, financial account analysis and more. This position is perfect for accounting and business majors.
Marketing Positions
Students will work on marketing, graphic design, and communication needs of Dining Services and Housing & Residence Life through project management, building brand awareness, program promotion, and marketing plans that meet and support the strategic goals of both departments.
Summer Positions
Over the summer, students will assist the guests and residents that are on-campus for camps and other programs. Positions include, Summer Assistant, Campus Director, and Camp Counselor.
