Child Welfare Supervisor Foundation Training

Administrative Supervision Training                     


August 21-22, 2024 in Bismarck, ND

As a child welfare supervisor, you quickly find out that supervising staff is much different than direct practice with families. While you bring sound practice knowledge and effective interpersonal skills, the transition from worker to supervisor can be difficult. This Foundation Training will assist you in making that transition, in addition to identifying your leadership style, how group formation plays a piece in the transition, as well as how to build an effective team.

Dates

  • Wednesday, August 21st from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, August 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until Noon

A block of rooms has been set aside under UND Supervisor Training until July 19, 2024.
