ND Targeted Case Management
Wraparound Certified staff (including those who are provisionally certified per ND Policy 607-05-10 Wraparound Certification and Recertification) have the ability to become enrolled providers of Medicaid Targeted Case Management (TCM) per the ND Medicaid policy.
Provider Enrollment
Enrolled providers can bill Medicaid TCM for specific activities. TCM activities are defined as those furnished to assist eligible children in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services necessary for appropriate care and treatment. The criteria for eligible children is outlined in Medicaid’s TCM policy.
Wraparound certified (and provisionally Wraparound certified) staff from the following agencies may become enrolled providers of ND TCM:
- Human Service Zones
- Tribal Social Services
- Division of Juvenile Services
- Qualified Residential Treatment Centers
