ND Targeted Case Management
Wraparound Certified staff (including those who are provisionally certified per ND Policy 607-05-10 Wraparound Certification and Recertification) have the ability to become enrolled providers of Medicaid Targeted Case Management (TCM) per the ND Medicaid policy.
Enrolled providers can bill Medicaid TCM for certain activities. TCM services are defined as activities furnished to assist individuals, eligible under the Medicaid State Plan, in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational and other services necessary for appropriate care and treatment.
Wraparound certified (and provisionally Wraparound certified) staff from the following agencies may be eligible:
- Human Service Zones
- Tribal Social Services
- Division of Juvenile Services
- Qualified Residential Treatment Centers
A detailed list of billable activities, client eligibility, provider qualifications, documentation requirements, and FAQs are provided within the linked ND Medicaid policy document.
