Non-Disclosure Agreement Requests for Faculty, Staff, and Students

1. Complete a Non-Disclosure Agreement Request Form. Be sure to include contact information for your Collaborator's Authorized Signatory Official that is responsible for negotiating and executing NDAs.
2. Submit the Request Form to osman.a@und.edu.
3. Our Office will negotiate the Agreement with the Collaborator, have the Agreement executed, and provide you with a copy once the process is complete.
