Technology Disclosure Process

1. Complete a Technology Disclosure Form and submit the form to our the Corporate Engagement & Commercialization Office.
2. The Office will conduct a preliminary review of the Disclosure. You will be contacted within two weeks to schedule a meeting to discuss your technology. 
3. The Office will analyze the commercialization potential of your technology and provide you with an assessment. The Office may seek the advice of third parties including law firms and commercialization consultants. Therefore, the process may take several months.
4. You can respond and update the Disclosure with new information as the technology develops and the commercialization analysis changes.
