Apartments

The UND Apartment Community includes over 600 conveniently located apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

We are proud of our diverse population of residents and enjoy serving UND students, families, faculty, and staff pursuing education and research on campus.

Prospective residents may apply for an apartment before they are eligible. Check out the apartment options, pick up to three choices, and complete the Apartment Application through your Housing Self Service.

All vehicles that park on campus must have a permit. Parking permits are available to purchase through the UND Parking Services.

Apartment Application

Rent Payment

Rent is due on the first of the month and paying your rent and other apartment charges online is easy and convenient. You will not be expected to pay rent when you sign your lease at the check-in appointment. Your rent will be pro-rated for the month in which you sign your lease.

Rent and electricity is billed monthly to the leaseholder's account. You will pay your rent online through Campus Connection.

How to Pay Rent

1. Sign into Campus Connection
2. Click on the Navigator icon at the top right
3. On the Navigation Bar, click Navigator
4. Scroll down to Pay Charges Online
5. Click the UND box; this will bring you to the QuikPAY main page
6. Click on Pay Deposits and Prepayments
7. In the Account Type dropdown, select Prepay-Housing
8. Enter all other required information and make your payment
