Withdrawal Form for Enroll Anytime Courses

This course Withdrawal Request Form is only for Enroll Anytime courses and will not be processed for any UND semester-based courses. The form needs to be completed BEFORE submitting the final lesson or taking the final exam in your Enroll Anytime course. If you do not complete all your coursework or withdraw from your course, an "F" will be permanently recorded on your transcript.

If you have questions about your enrollment date, completion date, or your status in the course, please contact our office prior to completing this form. Once this withdrawal form is submitted and processed, it is final and cannot be undone.

If you are eligible for a tuition refund per the refund policy below, please allow up to 14 days for online refunds or 30 days for refunds by check, depending on your original payment method.

Refund Policy for Enroll Anytime Courses

• If UND receives your withdrawal request 1 to 30 calendar days after your registration date, you will be refunded 100% of the course tuition. The course will not be recorded on your transcript.
• If UND receives your withdrawal request 31 to 60 calendar days after your registration date, you will be refunded 50% of the course tuition. A "W" will be recorded on your transcript.
• No refunds are available if UND receives your withdrawal request 61+ calendar days after your registration date. A "W" will be recorded on your transcript.

The one-time UND Admission Fee of $35 is non-refundable.
