Teams Chat
Teams chat lets you talk privately with individuals from both inside and/or outside your team, and it can even double as a space to capture your own thoughts and ideas. Chats can be one-on-one or set up as a group, depending on your needs.

Manage Messages
Team members can manage both individual messages in chat as well as entire chats. Individual messages may be edited, deleted, or pinned to the top of their chat list. Meanwhile, chats may be hidden, favorited, muted, or deleted permanently.
Note: If you have authored a message, you can both Pin and Delete it. If you have received a message, you may only Pin it.
Teams Call
Is Teams Chat not enough? Is the conversation slowing down? Easily turn your Teams Chat into a Teams Call (audio or video) with one click, so you can get the answers you need faster! Alternatively, you can use the Meet Instantly option to start an ad-hoc meeting with chosen members. These options are perfect for quick check-ins, group discussions, and moments when the topic is just too complex to be sorted out over message.
