Patient Frequently Asked Questions

Counseling psychology students who have had at least two years of graduate study under supervision of licensed psychologists. Because students are supervised, all interaction with patients is recorded in a secure HIPAA compliant vault.

After your primary care provider has sent in a referral, you will be called regarding scheduling.

  • We pride ourselves on providing prompt service with a wait time of less than one month to receive an initial intake.
  • From start to finish, the evaluation will take approximately four weeks.
  • The initial intake interview is scheduled for 60 minutes. Follow-up will be provided if necessary.
  • Test administration time would last approximately two and a half to three hours.
  • All patients will receive feedback on their testing results. This session takes approximately 60 minutes and will be scheduled to occur about two weeks after the testing is complete.

A feedback session will be scheduled two weeks after testing is completed.

  • Initial intake costs $10
  • Assessment and battery and feedback session costs $250
