Forensic Clinic

The Forensic Clinic at the NPCC is directed by Dr. Tiffany Russell. Dr. Russell is a licensed clinical psychologist in North Dakota and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology at UND.

The Forensic Clinic at NPCC offers a variety of civil and criminal forensic services, including:

• Parental Capacity Evaluations
• General Competency Evaluations (for example, to sign legal documents)
• Fitness for Duty and Return to Work
• Violence Risk Assessment
• Threat Assessment
• Competency to Stand Trial
• Consultation and expert witness services are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to determine if a topic is within our scope of practice.
