Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities

Student Rights & Responsibilities Services

The University of North Dakota Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities supports the campus learning environment and contributes to student learning and the overall safety and civility of the community.

Official correspondences from the Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities are sent to UND student email accounts via the case management system Maxient.  

We provide:

  • General advisement and campus consultation
  • Student disciplinary services
  • Coordinate referrals and services for students in crisis or in need
  • Assist in problem solving or identify appropriate services
SafeUND

SafeUND is your resource for safety-related reporting and support. Learn how to report concerns about behavior or property, get access to crisis resources and services, and learn about UND's response concerns.
