State Board of Higher Education
The University of North Dakota is part of the North Dakota University System consisting of 11 publicly supported institutions. The State Board of Higher Education is constitutionally responsible for the management of the University and is final authority in all matters affecting the University, exercising jurisdiction over its financial, educational and other policies, and its relations with the state and federal governments.
