Earning Your CDM, CFPP

If you are already working in food service management, you may wonder why you should earn the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM, CFPP) credential.

The answer is simple. Those with the nationally recognized CDM, CFPP credential are in high demand due to regulatory requirements. Plus, those with the CDM, CFPP credential earn more money than dietary managers who are not certified. According to the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), salaries vary by region, but the national average is more than $58,180 as of November, 2022.
