Results
Data collection takes place during the program's learning experiences. These learning experiences may be a workshop, activity, assignment, course, or a program that was designed to develop learning. The data collection process is the utilization of the established assessment methods for your program, which will then enable program leads to answer relevant questions and evaluate outcomes.
They key components of this part of the assessment cycle are collect the data, gather the evidence, and aggregate the results.
Assessment Results at UND
All UND programs (curricular and co-curricular) are responsible for regularly collecting data and documenting results related to their established student learning outcomes.
At UND, we aspire for all programs to have results that are:
- reported and clearly described for all outcomes and measures
- directly align with the intended student learning outcome
- presented alongside past data
