Counseling at UCC
We provide support when your normal ways of coping or managing problems no longer seems to be working.
The University Counseling Center (UCC) provides an outlet to talk over what is on your mind with an objective person who has professional training in helping people work through their problems. We’ll help you to better manage current situations and learn new skills and ways of looking at situations so that you will be more capable of solving problems on your own.
Number of Counseling Sessions
The UCC offers a brief counseling model, working toward a solution to your concerns. To maximize the availability of services for all students, combining individual and group may be recommended. Regardless of the counseling form, success in counseling requires your active participation during and between sessions.
