Camp & Conference Services
The Conference Planning staff is here to help you plan camps, conferences and meetings that require on-campus housing.
We have experience hosting international, national, and statewide organizations, athletic camps, academic groups and cultural groups.
We can assist you with many services, including:
- Conference planning
- On-campus lodging in various residence hall settings
- University Catering and dining center facilities
- Overnight and day-only events
Groups can reserve housing on campus from Sunday, May 25, 2025 to Thursday, July 31, 2025.
Event Planning Timeline
As you begin planning for your conference, please tell us about your event. Complete the group signup request form regarding Housing & Residence Life and Dining Services above and view the estimated timeline below.
UND begins gathering and reviewing submissions for summer reservations. Note: We will make every effort to accommodate all group requests, but space and availability will limit the amount of requests accepted. We cannot guarantee that every request will be accommodated.
Our Summer Programs Operations Manager will reach out to begin initial meetings to review more specific details regarding your group. Some of the questions that will be asked are check-in and out times, estimated attendance counts, room type preferences, special requests, and meal zone counts.
Confirmed groups will establish routine meeting times to stay in touch prior to the group's arrival.
Deadlines to submit specific group preferences and rosters will be communicated to group sponsors. A central registration form will be emailed to collect the participant roster as well as the group's meal selections. This will be an excel form sent to the group’s sponsor, or point person, to complete.
- The contractual agreement to the group will be sent via Docusign.
- The Housing Operations Manager will finalize room assignment placements based on the need and the size of the group.
The summer programs staff will routinely meet and review all agreed arrangements prior to the group arrival. The group sponsor will receive an email detailing the agreed check-in information, where to park, and contact numbers in the event a question arises.
Check-in will be at the assigned hall. Participants will receive lanyards, room keys, wristbands, WiFi log in information and a contact phone number to use during their stay.
Rates for Summer 2025
Rates are determined by hall and number of nights.

Dining Options
- Dining Services offers food service to meet the needs of your event, from full-service catering to residential dining centers in an all-you-care-to eat environment. Our dining professionals will work with you to plan food service that complements your program.
- When filling out the group reservation form, groups can indicate how many meals they would like at Wilkerson Dining Center during their stay.
- For more customized meal information, contact University Catering.
