Honors Tuition Scholarships

The Honors Program has a limited number of $4,000 tuition scholarships to award to incoming students on a competitive basis. The scholarships are worth $1,000 per year for up to four years if you meet annual renewal criteria.

With a limited amount of funds available, approximately 25 percent of Honors students are on scholarship each semester. The majority of offers are made to incoming students, but as additional funds become available, offers are made to current students. Current students do not need to apply for the scholarship. Instead, all qualifying students are considered and notified if they can receive scholarships.

How to Apply

There is no separate application process for the scholarship. Apply for admission to the Honors Program by December 1 to be considered for this scholarship.

Renewal Criteria

For the scholarship to be renewed, Honors students must complete and/or maintain:

• A 3.2 GPA
• At least one Honors class per semester, generally three credits
• Progress through the Honors Program
