Child Welfare Supervisor Foundation Training

Educational Supervision

Thursday, April 16th & Friday, April 17th 2026 in Bismarck, ND

Courtyard by Marriott, 3319 N. 14th St., Bismarck ND 58501

Did you know that a key to retaining good employees is creating an environment that encourages learning and growth? The orientation of new workers, increasing staff competence in skill development, assessing staff needs and promoting a healthy learning environment can be a daunting task. This foundation training will focus on identifying the learning style of your workers and how to implement strategies before, during and after training that will facilitate the transfer and integration of knowledge and skills on the job. We will also identify important factors in orientation and the development of a training plan for individual development.
