Student Health Data
The University of North Dakota participates in two health assessment surveys, both which provide information related to student health and well-being behaviors, habits, and perceptions. Results obtained from both surveys are used to inform and develop prevention and intervention efforts specific to students at UND.

National College Health Assessment
The National Health Assessment (NCHA) is conducted at campuses across the country and assesses a wide range of health issues:
- Alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use
- Sexual health
- Weight, nutrition, and exercise
- Mental health
- Personal safety and violence

NDSWAPS
The North Dakota Student Wellness and Perceptions Survey (NDSWAPS) is conducted at campuses across North Dakota. This survey provides information related to students' use of alcohol and other drugs, as well as student wellness and general mental health.
