Enroll Anytime Registration Information
Taking an online class at UND is easy.

Verify Online Course Information
- Be sure you fulfill any required course prerequisites prior to registering for an enroll-anytime course.
- Work with your academic advisor to verify if the course will apply to your degree program.
- Review the technical requirements for taking an online course.
Decide When to Enroll in Your Online Course
There is no registration deadline for our enroll-anytime online courses. You may enroll at any time and take 3 to 9 months to complete your online course*. The credits earned are recorded on your college transcript in the semester based on your registration date.
For online registrations received between:
- 4-6-19 and 7-12-19 = 2019 Summer Semester
- 7-13-19 and 11-15-19 = 2019 Fall Semester
- 11-16-19 and 4-9-20 = 2020 Spring Semester
UND can only verify your enrollment for the semester in which the online course is registered and recorded on your transcript.
You can expect to receive access to your course within 5 to 7 days after your registration is fully processed.
*Exception: If you are a UND student on academic probation and only taking self-paced enroll-anytime
(SPEA) courses, you are required to successfully complete at least one of your SPEA
courses in the same semester you registered.
How do I enroll in online courses at UND?
Enroll in Online Courses as a Non-Degree Student
If this is your first time enrolling in a UND class, you will be admitted as a non-degree seeking student and will be assessed a one-time non-refundable application fee of $35 (U.S. funds). As a non-degree seeking student, you may complete up to 15 undergraduate credits before you must be admitted to a UND degree program.
Enroll in Online Courses as a International Student
If you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need to show proof of English proficiency in order to enroll in any UND course.
