Official Enrollment Reports

All institutions within the North Dakota University System (NDUS) are required to produce a census file. This file is a “frozen” snapshot used for official (state and federal) reporting, planning and development, and internal constituents.

Enrollment File Index

A - Headcounts and FTE Enrollments by College and Institution (the Academic Group of PRVST are the students who declared Honors as their primary program; the Academic Group of UND also includes all undecided students, including the graduate non-degree students)
D - Student Data Statistics
T - Credit Hours by Academic Group/Course Level
Headcounts by Acad_Plan (Major/Minor), Class and Sex (counts all majors and minors of every student, so totals on this report will exceed total headcount)
K - Compliance Report
O - Degree Credit Headcount by Category
R - E-Learning Degree Credit Headcount by Delivery Method
U - Headcounts by Class & Credit Load
J - Headcounts by Institution and Gender
N - Enrollment Summary of Students by Age
