Satisfaction-Priorities Survey
Satisfaction-Priorities Survey
The Satisfaction-Priorities Surveys (through Ruffalo Noel Levitz) capture both the level of importance and the level of satisfaction that students assign to a variety of statements about their college experience. This combination of data allows UND to view satisfaction within the context of what truly matters to our students. The results that are provided clearly identify our institutional strengths (items with high importance and high satisfaction) as well as our institutional challenges (items with high importance and low satisfaction).
UND administers the following Satisfaction-Priorities Surveys every two years during the spring semester of even calendar years:
- Adult Student Priorities Survey (ASPS): administered to all graduate and professional students enrolled in an on-campus program.
- Priorities Survey for Online Learners (PSOL): administered to all undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in an online program.
- Student Satisfaction Inventory (SSI): administered to all undergraduate students enrolled in an on-campus program.
