Child Welfare Foundation Training Registration
Online New Worker Training
The Child Welfare New Worker Foundation Training is a seven-week online program, with weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions. Sessions begin once five new workers are registered, providing an interactive and collaborative learning environment. Training is co-facilitated by a CFS Field Service Specialist (FSS) and a CFS Training Center (CFSTC) Training Coordinator, working together as partners to support learning and engagement. This training provides a foundational overview of North Dakota child welfare practice, including key concepts, processes, and strategies used in supporting children and families.
