Many agencies require additional documents for proposals; Biosketches, Other Support also called Current and Pending, and Data Management and Sharing Plans.

Data Management and Sharing Plans	Many sponsors require a data management and sharing plan that describes the data expected to be acquired or generated during the course of a research project, how the data will be managed, described, analyzed, stored, and what mechanisms used at the end of the project to share and preserve the data. Biosketches	Many sponsors require investigators and project key personnel to provide a curriculum vitae (CV) or biographical sketch as part of a proposal. Many sponsors request biosketches to be provide to them that adhere to the format specified by either the National Institutes of Health or the National Science Foundation, or a variant of one of these. Given different sponsors request this information in different formats, it is highly important to always closely review and adhere to each sponsor’s specific biosketch requirements when preparing these. Other Support/Current and Pending	Many sponsors require the submission of information about active and pending support for ongoing projects and proposals to prevent scientific, budgetary, or commitment overlap. This information is used by the sponsors to access the capacity of the individual to carry out the research as proposed as well as to help assess any potential overlap/duplication with the project being proposed/funded. It includes all resources made available to an individual in support of and/or related to all their research efforts, regardless of whether or not they have monetary value. Other Support information may need to be submitted to the sponsor for the principal investigator and other key personnel on the project as applicable during proposal submission and at various points of the award lifecycle. The other support is often a template and not a form – remove the notes when filling out the template. Note there are also requirements on the electronic signature needed.
