The Residence Hall Room and Meal Plan Agreement is updated yearly. The On-Campus Apartment Lease is updated as needed.
Residence Hall Agreement
Contracts are based on an academic year, starting in August and going until the following May. These contracts are updated yearly.

Summer Housing Agreement
Contracts are based on the summer semester, typically starting in May and going until August (Residence Hall agreements also have weekly rates). These contracts are updated yearly.

Leases are not based on a time frame, as they are continual until a 60-day notice to vacate is provide by the leaser.
