New Students
First-Year New Students
All first-year students are required to live in a residence hall on-campus for their first, full academic year.
Transfer & Graduate New Students
New graduate and transfer students have the option to live in a residence hall or on-campus apartments.
Residence Halls
To live in the residence halls, all new students will follow the housing application timeline.

Students not in their first year at UND are eligible to live in the on-campus apartments. You can apply at any time.
