Students must opt-in to use their VA benefits at UND each semester. Complete this form after you have registered for your next semester. This form is NOT for Tuition Assistance information.

There are different application steps for first-time and returning recipients.
Instructions for First-Time Recipients at UND
- If you're a dependent, the veteran must transfer their benefit (MilConnect Portal).
- You must be admitted to UND before applying benefits.
- You'll complete the VA's Application of Benefits (VONAPP) for your appropriate Chapter benefit.
- Register for courses for the upcoming semester.
- Use the form below to request to use your VA education benefits at UND.
- VA education payments for tuition and fees will be applied to your Campus Connection account after billing has been posted for the desired semester.
