Wellness Wing
The Wellness Wing at the UND Wellness Center is a space designed to support students in all areas of wellbeing. Whether you’re looking to learn new skills, relax, or connect with others, the Wellness Wing offers resources & spaces that encourage growth through the 7 Dimensions of Wellness.
The Culinary Corner is the Wellness Center’s demonstration kitchen where student-led
cooking classes are held throughout the year.
Classes such as Kitchen Basics & Better Baking teach valuable skills in cooking techniques, kitchen safety, & healthy meal preparation.
Students can enjoy hands-on learning while exploring new recipes that promote nutrition & confidence in the kitchen.

The Resource Lounge, located in the Wellness Wing, is a comfortable space where students can explore the wide range of resources available to them on campus.
The Lounge Includes
- Cozy furniture for relaxing or studying
- Board games, puzzles, & coloring materials for de-stressing
- Resource links on a variety of wellness topics
It’s a perfect place to unwind, socialize with friends, or focus on academics in a welcoming, community-centered environment.
The Quiet Lounge is a dedicated silent space for reflection, meditation, & relaxation.
With a peaceful view of the outdoors & a labyrinth design on the floor representing the twists & turns of life, it’s ideal for those seeking calm, focus, or solitude.
Students are welcome to use this serene environment to relax, meditate, or study without distractions.
