Short-Response Questions

- Studying abroad is often challenging, requiring participants to be open-minded and persevere in sometimes isolating circumstances. Describe a personal experience in which you were similarly challenged to demonstrate these qualities. Your response should be approximately 300-400 words.
Read & Acknowledge Signature Documents
For more information or to receive a copy of the signature documents, contact your study abroad advisor.
Application Review
Completed applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. The review will typically be completed within 3 - 7 business days after the application is submitted. You will receive a decision letter via email once the review is complete.
Acceptance Process
- Initial approval is based on UND requirements. You must receive your acceptance from UND Study Abroad prior to completing your host institution/provider application. Some study abroad programs require home institution approval as part of the host institution/provider application. UND Study Abroad will not grant home institution approval until you have committed to your program through your study abroad profile.
- Final acceptance to your program is at the discretion of the host institution/provider and not UND.
